Day 31 Again ( I missed out day 25 but no-one noticed!) - Marathon Madness

Sunday sees the Brighton Marathon - hundreds of dedicated souls running 26.2miles, many running for charity. There will be some veteran runners and some first-timers. Whoever they are, they have my utmost respect. I couldn't do it! 
Among them will be Martin Denholm, Mark Munns, Patrick Bartholemew and Coral Avis, using it as a warm up to Run To Remember 2014 - 13 days of marathons, with the lads running from London to Denholm in Scotland and Coral and Heather Robertson cycling with them, all in aid of the Alzheimer's Society.  
If you're going down to Brighton to cheer anyone on, don't forget your layers.....it will either be hot, cold, windy or rainy - or all 4!!!! natural fabrics - cotton, linen, silk - will work well for you and a waterproof will keep you dry and double up as a layer to sit on while you're waiting
